- MDF: MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) is a wood derivative. For its production, resins (glues) are used to weld the wood fibers which are compressed with special heated presses. It is denser than chipboard and durable. It also does not absorb any moisture.
- Velvet fabric: Velvet is a fabric with short, dense fibers, usually made of silk, cotton or synthetic materials. It has a soft, smooth texture and a rich, glossy appearance. It is characterized by its density and its softness.
- MDF: To clean it use a soft dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Finally, wipe the surface well with a dry cloth. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from moisture. Wipe up any liquids immediately. Do not use strong cleaners or chemicals as they may damage the MDF.
- Velvet fabric: Use a soft brush, or your vacuum cleaner and the attachment with the soft bristles and gently clean the velvet. In case of a stain, wipe with a soft cloth and warm water, but rub the stain very gently without applying pressure because it will soak in even deeper. Rinse the area thoroughly with clean water and allow the fabric to dry away from the sun.
