- MDF: MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) is a wood derivative. For its production, resins (glues) are used to weld the wood fibers which are compressed with special heated presses. It is denser than chipboard and durable. It also does not absorb any moisture.
- Melamine: LPB Melamine (Low Pressure Melamine) is a synthetic material widely used in the surface treatment of chipboard in the manufacture of furniture and surfaces, due to its durability and ease of maintenance. It is applied to substrates such as MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) or OSB plywood to produce durable surfaces.
