- MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) is a wood-based product. It is made using resins (glues) to bond wood fibers together which are compressed with special heated presses. It is denser than chipboard and has a higher resistance. It also does not absorb moisture at all.
- Boucle is a type of fabric characterized by its unique texture with small loops or spheres on its surface. This texture results from the use of special yarns or from the use of yarn with different thicknesses.
- MDF: To clean it, use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Finally, wipe the surface thoroughly with a dry cloth. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from moisture. Wipe any liquids immediately. Do not use harsh cleaners or chemicals as they may damage the MDF.
- Boucle Fabric: If you choose to machine wash, use a gentle wash cycle and place the fabric in a special laundry bag for protection. Choose cold or lukewarm water and mild detergent.
