- Apply a protective cream to your metal furniture for extended protection, easily available from commercial stores.
- If your furniture is processed and painted using the powder-coating method (electrostatic painting), it is very durable and easy to clean with a damp cloth.
- If your metal furniture does not have electrostatic painting, then you should take extra care and keep it away from water and moisture. You can cover them with special covers and bring them indoors during winter if possible.
- If you notice rust, remove it with rust remover and then apply anti-corrosion varnish before painting the surface with rust-resistant paint.
